Description
Pipeline Replacement System consists of Pipe cracking Machine, puling rod, cutter, and expanded head which independently developed by LangFang Baiwei Drill Co., Ltd, is suitable for casing pipe, castiron pipe, concrete and steel pipe.
The equipment is adopted in the construction of remarking rban old pipe owing to its features of saving pipeline occup iedspace, simple construction low cost and high efficiency.

After laboratory tests, after laboratory tests, both ends of a pipe are upsetted and proceeded to overall heat treatment, then friction welded. Before finished drill pipes are plated and packaged, a series of tests have to be implemented including hardness, metallurgical structure, physical performances, etc.
